Shall we allow buyer to move in property without payment?
We sold our property to a potential buyer. However it is subject to the sale of his property, bond cancellation and a pension payout. The agreement is for him to move into our property at the end of the month. Shall we allow him to move in, if his transactions have not gone through?

The simple answer is no. You should only grant occupation when the conditions have been wholly fulfilled. There is always the danger of his arrangements not materialising and a titanic struggle to evict him if you let him in. Dont take that risk.
