Unreasonable swears at me
If someone swears at me for no good reason, what are my rights. Can I sue? This happened to me when a teacher who had replaced me at school when I resigned phoned me and rudely swore at me by whats app for refusing hand over my lesson notes, which were my personal notes.
If she swore at you in public and it impaired your dignity then yes you can sue. In law it can even be criminal though it is hardly prosecuted and at most an admission of guilt fine is paid. My advise is to report her to the principal of your former school for her to be sanctioned.
