Boyfriend not paying for car premiums he promised to pay
Hi there. When I was still with my boyfriend, he asked to get a car under my name but pay the premiums back to me every month as he did not have a good credit record at the time. I agreed. He only paid for the first two months, thereafter did not pay. It was a constant chase. He still drives the car and avoids calls, doesn’t answer my messages. He only reached out recently when someone crashed into the car. He has not reported it to insurance, but lied that he did. I have asked for the car back but my calls fall on deaf ears.

Hi Minnie
Essentially you should bring an application for a spoliation order in the Magistrates court. That is for the return of your property in the possession of another. Speak to a lawyer for assistance. And you should ask the court that he pays your legal cost if he wants to defend it.
