I have ordered two custom made massage beds and then cancelled my order before it got delivered. I have never received the beds and Im still waiting for the deposit. The business owner said that he has some of the wood that he bought for the beds and he is waiting for an order to use them before he can refund me.
Its been a month now and he still has the deposit of R3500
Is it worth it to send him a legal letter to get my refund?
