Two automatic unfair dismissals

Ive been mentally ill since 2012 and the ccma has confirmed that i can take up my supervisors and my dismissals. Due to me reporting the discrimination before it occurred.
Was curious to now know what will happen concerning our salaries and compensation. My case the resignation document will be voided and im aware that all salaries since then will be paid to me. Theres the penalties for unfair labour practices dmages etc. A rough idea will help me have a second opinion.
Also my supervisors.
I will be medically boarded off as well and a little info on this will be appreciated also.

Your best option is being medically boarded once you have proof of your illness from medical practitioners. In which case your employers will have no choice but to accept that you were unfairly dismissed and thus obliged to pay up all your entitlements.
