In the year 2005 my grandfather was involved in a accident and the car was written off and towed. when he went to look for the tow company on several occassions it was closed. He gave up on it.
A few years later he was summoned to Cullinan court because the same vehicle was involved in a crime.
He went there and the case was thrown out of court because one of the suspect’s was missing.
The court ordered the car to be given back to my grandfather and he went to view it. When he tried to contact the cop handling his case they said he took a transfer and the car was nowhere to be found. Now the car is owing money for license disc so we can’t pay for the other car in his name. How can handle this? We are from Springs.
