Advice on how to get a refund
I bought a pre used car last month. My problem is that information about the history of the car was not disclosed. I just found out from the service center that it was involved in a bad accident to such an extent that it could have been a write off…the front hit was bad. They advised that I get my money back because the car will definitely give me problems but now the dealer is not corporating refuses to take responsibility. I need legal guidance on how do I go about getting them to refund me. I can’t use a car that’s unsafe.

Good evening Mafale S, I suggest you take the matter up with the Consumer Protection Services closest to where you stay and ask them to investigate your complaints in respect of the 2nd hand motor vehicle you purchased from the dealer. They will in all probability help you to get your money back and get the deal cancelled. Their contact details can be obtained via Google.
