Contract validity after amalgamation.
I was employed in 2012 by Company (X pty ltd).
In 2014 Company X became part of a bigger holding company (Y Holdings pty ltd).
I never received an addendum or new contract of employment from Y Holdings pty ltd.
I had a restraint of trade agreement with Company X.
Is it still valid.
Hello. All existing contracts and agreements in place will remain binding on Company Y. That includes your employment contract and all it’s terms and conditions.
