I need some help pls.

I was dismissed after 7 weeks of employment in my Probation period.

I really feel that I was treated unfair…

I following allegation were made against me in my 1st 25 working days of employment.

Gross Misconduct
Gross insubordination
Miss representation
Sub standard & poor work performance
Failing to adhere to company policies

I started work on the 1st of November 2017 and was dismissed on the 12th of December 2017.

Further more my Sales director was very discrimanating and used verbal abuse.
(He swore directly at me)

Pls will u be able to give me some advise and what steps I can take to solve this.

As I am currently unemployed and only played me out R1000 until the 12th of December. They took about 3 days for unpaid leave and also subtracted the 4 days I was I’ll with a doctors certificate of my salary…

My manager really had it in for me everything was a problem…
