Hello. Your decree of divorce will stipulate the arrangements with respect to the minor child. If you need to relocate to another country, arrange with your ex- husband on access rights as per the court order which should not be a problem since he is in another country. You will need his consent to travel with or relocate the child outside the country. Here is a useful link on the procedure. http://www.dha.gov.za/index.php/statements-speeches/621-advisory-new-requirements-for-children-travelling-through-south-african-ports-of-entry-effective-1-june-2015.
If there are any disputes you may bring s application to the High Court for an appropriate order. The High court is deemed as the upper guardian of all children.
