13th Cheque in December refused
Could an employer refuse to pay your bonus if your contract states that you will get a 13th Cheque in December? What am I to do? Is this legal? Been with the company for 5.5 years.

Hello. If your contract states so then they have no right to refuse to pay you. I suggest you send a polite letter to HR pointing out the terms of your employment and asking for reasons why those terms are being violated. If it fails ask for mediation. Your next option is to get your union involved if you belong to one, or go to the CCMA with your complaint. You can also approach a Labour lawyer to send them a letter on your behalf.
