i took my vehicle to a mechanic after he offered a lower price than VW, this year feb, he gave me a labour quotation.
After a week he changed the price claiming that he didn’t know it was a tsi and i accepted the price(March).
gave me a price for parts and i paid the price for those(June).
when checked on progress he told about more parts needed and i wanted the original parts and couldn’t get them
i gave him a go ahead to buy them and agreed to buy everything(September).
I didnt get any feedback until i contacted them again that’s when they told me that they ordered wrong parts and now i feel like pursuing a legal action because my car is stripped and can’t some the parts.

please help.
