Dear Shannon E, I suggest you immediately take this up with the Consumer Protection services in your area. This you can do telephonically as we as electronically (Google tgeir information) and ask them to assist you. State your case as submitted here and ask them to investigate Vodacom telling them they mislead you and you need Vodacom to return your R9000 and you wish to cancel the contract if it existed with their help.
