Unfair procedure for disciplinary p
After disclosing my health and asking time of just to digest it emotionally I was handed a written warning which I accepted in sincerty to company, I was reprimanded for 17 late comings. My point is why allow 17 thn suddenly discipline with no prior verbal warning. The week to follow I had problem with transport n then did arrive Late. I was called again Friday and served a final warning n suspension. I am Willing to stand for wrongdoing but feel bive been unfairly treated. Please advise
Dear Amex D, please make sure what exactly are the official prescriptions in relation to your company’s disciplinary procedures. If they have followed them then unfortunately you have not been treated unfairly. Also in relation to your health and emotional condition I submit the company may have given you reasonable leeway iro the 17 late comings. However it is incumbent on the employer to follow fair procedure.
