I need you help OK Furniture does not want to give me my Goods or Money
I bot SONY sound system at OK Furniture Store for R10.000 and this sound was faulty I returned it but they want to give me a different sound of R5.000 and now its been a year now I have been trying to sort this out with no success please help I have all the documents

Dear Monwabisi J, I suggest you approach the local Consumer Protection Offices which can be done electronically. You can use Google to obtain the address and ask them to assist you in this matter stressing that a year already lapsed and that they have not yet helped you as required in terms of the Consumer Protection Act and you are lodging a complaint against them that they need to investigate immediately(remember to include copies of your proof to them).

Dear M, I am happy and that is great that they are assisting you. You just need to keep enquiring from the in this regard and I choose you either have your sound or money back by Christmas!
