Dishonesty about where you are
When one is dishonest to their manager about being at work when they were not at work. How should one response at a hearing and what are the consequences?
Good Morning Pumameza P, I suggest that “Honesty is the best policy” …I am not sure why you were not at work when you should have been perhaps you had a legitimate excuse that your child was ill etc, however I suggest you offer to pay back the days wages or alternatively they deduct a days leave for your absence or however they would like to be reimbursed for your dishonesty. ..remember if you intend to keep your work you need to always be honest with your employer.
