As an attorney do you have power to threaten employee
Can attorney threaten employee towards end of hearing? that employee was finally dismissed and it was on record. What would be a good movement to deal with this case if I want to take this matter up?

From your enquiry i infer that you feeling strongly that it could be an unfair dismissal and if I am correct the dismissed employee’s recourse would be via the CCMA.
