can i be punished twice for one offence
A month ago i was subjected to a breatherliser and verbally abused by my manager
And given a final written warning
Now im being removed from management without notice
Is that fair
On your version it does not sound fair. If you are a union member you must seek their intervention. If not you can take your case to the CCMA. It could be deemed as constructive dismissal which will attract penalties from the CCMA.
