Help please im completely lost
I work for my inlaws but my problem is wen we work overtime they dnt pay me over time my rate stays the same ladt month i worked over 200hours nd still got paid on a straight rate nd the month before wat is the necesary precautions i gave to take so i can get all my overtime that is owed to me.
I just need to to know nd understand wat actions need to b taken from my side nd how i have to go about it because i feel im getting robbed nd like i said its family thats y i havnt said or done anything regarding this matter but its unfair towards me bcoz thats my hard work nd sweat…..i also have payslips to prove this

In terms of section 10 of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, overtime is not compulsory. There must be an agreement in respect which must be captured in the contract of employment. You simply have to engage your inlaws on the issue. Talk to them.
