dealer not covering cost of cars after purchase
I bought a car less then three months ago, from the start they will giving excuses about getting the car fault fixed. Finally the car was sent in and I recieved it back with nothing fixed. The car now has trouble starting, I had the battery replaced, like the dealer said and now they saying I have to cover the costs.
The Consumer Protection Act protects you. You have to take the car back to the dealership’s premises. You can claim refund of your money. Should they persist in their resolve, complain with the Consumer Ombud. You can google search their contacts.
