hospital incompetence
my father was admitted to a hospital following a heart attack, there was no doctor available so the student doctor attended to him. he was injected with a morphine injection and later a second injection. i have no proof that this may have killed him but i am extremely upset that we have to live with our loss due to the hospital having no doctor available on standby and leaving a student to treat the emergency room. i want them to realize their incompetence and show them how difficult being a widow is once she becomes one

Sorry to hear. You can sue the hospital for the death of your father but you must be able to prove 98% that the student doctor acted negligently by administering wrong/inappropriate injection on your father which ultimately caused his death. His action must be sufficiently linked to the death of your father. Court litigation can be fraught with delays and financial burdens. It is important you speak to your lawyer for extensive clarity.
