Id to ask if i was unfairly dismissed?
Hi, I was fired after I have handed in my resignation letter and I had also informed the employer that I couldn’t serve my notice. Is it a fair dismal?

For a dismissal to be fair, it must be substantively and provisionally fair. There must be a notice and there must a disciplinary enquiry. If this is absent then you can approach the CCMA for conciliation.
