I was said not their problem and had to pay them in full. Going on a road trip the next day I got stuck with my car with the same problem I had when I took the car. Now it’s been a couple of days and nobody has came to see what wrong. Can Iget my money back so someone else can fix my car and how do I go about it

Hello. If you think they cheated you out of your money, I will suggest you get another mechanic or better still a reputable repair shop of your car brand to have a look and compile a report. If the report shows that they took your money and did not replace the parts or do what they said had been done, then that is fraud. You can lay a criminal charge at the police station. Alternatively you can sue them at the civil section of the Magistrates Court. If the amount is 15000 or less you can go to the Small Claims Court also situated at the Magistrates Court. It is far less expensive as no lawyers are involved here. You can also do both; lay a charge and sue them.
