access to have my child to sleep over at my house
i have a daughter who is one year eight months but i cant get her come and visit at my home and sleep over, i went to court and the court rule that i cant get her and sleep over because she is still young but he never read that from any or quote from a book or something but when i google about visitation rights she is old enough to sleep over and i have the rights as my wife have, can you give clarity on this regard, we are married, the order stipulate that i can have her the whole day but she cant sleep over, it was a verbal order not something that was read from a children law or act,

Hello. You did not indicate why you had to go to court while married. Are you separated or in the process of getting a divorce? However a court order will be verbally delivered but you can get the written version from the Clerk of the Family Court. Go to them with your case number and ask for a copy of the order. You can also apply to have the order amended ( Changed ) if you can show good grounds.
