Holding back salary because they have problem with supplier
I work for a labour company, contracted out to a steel company. The labour company refuse to pay my weekly salary for work done until they receive money from the steel company. I am the only employee affected. I have requested a letter saying that i will not get paid for my debit orders but they have not responded. The labour company sent me an sms saying my wage will not be paid

An employee as defined in terms of Section 213 of the Labour Relations Act is entitled to receive a remuneration. This is an unfair labour practice and the CCMA has jurisdiction. You can approach the Commission.
