Contract starting work
Is it legal, to not provide some form of contract to work for a company even of the first three months is probation, and then after 4 days working being threatened to let you go?
In principle an employment contract should always be in writing. Especially for a company. Oral contracts are also valid but difficult to prove. You should always insist on a written contract with clear terms. In your case we do not know the terms of your probation period, which will require proof before we can advise more fully on the matter.
