Hi How are you? I am an existing client (student loan at a bank, in March 2017 I submitted my registration documents and the bank accepted them, later in October the bank says, my registration details will not be accepted as they are invalid and only a time table not a proof of my registration.They asked for numbers and emails of my university, I gave it , they then called and emailed my university asking for proof of registration not only for 2017 but also 2016.They made me look like I submitted wrong documents.Later after I sent more proof and complained the bank says it is sorry for the inconvenience.The bank says this is procedure I am asking is such a procedure legal and ethical ?
