Father put a car in my name without my knowledge or consent
my father put a vehicle in my name, it was written off last year sitting in his garden, refuses to take it out of my name and give me the papers for it, i think he hasn’t filed a report that it no longer can be driven so i still have to pay for the licence disc.
How do i get this vehicle out of my name?

Since the vehicle is registered in your name, you have to visit any of the vehicle registration offices by your area with your ID or traffic registration certificate and apply for a duplicate copy of the vehicle papers. With the duplicate in hand, apply further for the scrapping of the vehicle off your name. The officers at the registration department will assist you appropriately including the correct forms to complete and procedures to follow. Ensure you speak to the officers inside the offices, not those by the street sides claiming to be accredited officers. Thank you.
