Medical neglected, wrong medications given to him and not attending patients
I have a diabetes patient in our family who is now having epileptic seizures because another doctor said the hospital gave him wrong medication instead of the one the doctor prescribed.
He was getting better but now he is getting worse, his sugar lever is going up and down uncontrollable.
He fell from his bed and they stitched him.
I just had a pick on his medical records and it shows that this is making him have signs of meningitis.
Please advise me what to do and what should we do as the family?
Hello. This could be a case of medical negligence. You should have your case assessed by a medical negligence attorney to see if there is a claim that can be made against the doctor concerned. You will pay no fees. The lawyers will take a percentage of whatever damages they are able to collect on the patients behalf.
