What is the tariff fees as set in the rules of the civil court .
The Applicant applied for summary judgment , postponed the matter 4 times to file the documents the court required to have the matter argued by me, the Respondent, who acted in my personal capacity and the Applicant’s correspondent Attorney.
The matter was set to be argued during the last appearance but I requested the Court to have the matter removed from the roll with costs , which was granted , due to the correspondent attorney not receiving any instructions and necessary documents/ affidavits from the instructing attorney.
