Misrepresentation on contract.
On the 12th December 2015, I went in to Cell C at N1 City for an upgrade on 0842829031.
I upgraded to a Lg H635 G4 Stylus Lte Titanium Silver on Epic 100 @R189 pm x 24 months, as you can see as per attached Contract.
I have taken out an additional contract 0624957187.
Also a Lg H635 G4 Stylus Lte Titanium Silver on Epic 100 @R189 pm x 24 months, as you can see as per attached Contract.
Total Misrepresentation from sales consultant. Pathetic amounts being deducted from my account. Not as per my contracts. They do not adhere to my emails…It Is getting out of hand. Please assist.
I am not sure if you have visited their offices or outlets to address the issue with the relevant manager. I suggest that if phone calls bring you no joy, you personally go to their outlets or offices. Otherwise you can address it with the Ombudsman for Consumer matters. Complaints@thencc.org.za. 012-4287000. Alternatively you can get a lawyer to send them a letter of complaint with possible legal action.
